Associate Director

Charles is a Chartered Accountant (SA) with more than 10 years’ experience in auditing and consulting. He has worked as a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Senior Audit Manager in different organizations. He was seconded to one of South Africa’s TVET College as a CFO by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA). He worked as a Senior Audit Manager at two auditing firms before joining SAICA. His vast experience is from both the private and public sectors. Charles has also lectured Financial Management and Auditing at the University of South Africa and the FASSET program on a part time basis. He has also lectured Auditing to postgraduate (Honors) students at the University of Venda. He is also a registered SAICA assessor. He has mentored, assessed and signed off prospective CAs serving their articles at one of the auditing firms in South Africa. He is also a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors South Africa.
